The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has taken possession of seventeen vehicles recovered from former employees of the agency by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).
Receiving the vehicles at the agency’s headquarters in Lagos in Lagos, FAAN’s director of engineering services, Mr. Salisu Daura, who represented the managing director, Mr. Saleh Dunoma expressed his delight at the partnership between the FAAN and ICPC.
Daura thanked the ICPC not only for ensuring the recovery of the vehicles but also handing them over to FAAN.
He implored ICPC to continue with the recovery exercise until all vehicles belonging to the agency are recovered.
Thereafter, the zonal commissioner, Mr. Shintema Binga who stood in for the chairman of ICPC Dr. Musa Usman Abubakar at the event, handed over the keys of the vehicles to FAAN.
Also in attendance at the event were FAAN’s director of human resources and administration, Mr. Honourius Anozie, general manager, budget, Mr. Biodun Adegbesan, deputy general manager, corporate affairs, Mrs. Christabel Eromosele, ICPC’s head of education, Mrs. Mary Omonoyan.
