The vice-president, Prof Yemi Osinbajo has scheduled a meeting with members of the All Progressives Congress caucus in the house of representatives for tomorrow (Wednesday).
Notice of the interaction was contained in a correspondence read on the floor of the house by the deputy speaker, Mr. Idris Wase, on Tuesday.
He said the vice president had invited the APC legislators to the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa for the breaking of Ramadan fast (Iftar) on Wednesday.
The invitation came less than 48 hours after Osinbajo hosted APC governors to Iftar on Sunday night to seek their support for his presidential ambition.
Early the next day (Monday), the vice president announced his interest to run for the office of the president in 2023, thus ending months of speculations, permutations and denial.
