Air Peace has emerged the winner of ‘Payment Innovation Driver, Aviation Award’ organized by the electronic payment company, Interswitch.
Announcing the award at a gala night held in Lagos, the company said Air Peace had changed the way of doing airline business in Nigeria.
Interswitch also said while presenting the award to the airline’s spokesman, Mr. Christian Iwarah, that Air Peace “is one of the winners in the different categories that have positively impacted the nation’s economy with its business engagements.”
In his acceptance speech, Iwarah assured that the airline would continue to innovate and work with its partners to simplify transactions on its e-booking platforms.
Air Peace, he added, “is currently pursuing a broad ease-of-doing-business project that will bring its exceptional flight services to the flying public without the barriers of distance and choice of transaction platform.”
