Experts discuss navigating financial landscape through digital innovation at FiBOP workshop

The Finance and Business Online Publishers (FiBOP) has concluded arrangement for its 2024 workshop in which experts in the financial and allied sectors, policy makers and industry leaders will gather to discuss the latest innovations and the pivotal role of infrastructure in driving efficiency within the financial ecosystem.

The association disclosed this in a statement signed by the chairperson of the workshop organizing committee, Vera Osokpor.

According to her, the event takes place from October 18-20 at Orchids Hotel in Lekki, Lagos under the theme ‘Digital innovation: Deepening infrastructure for efficient financial ecosystem.”

Osokpor said the primary objective of the gathering “is to promote informed, balanced, and ethical reporting of financial and economic activities, not only in Nigeria but also across Africa and globally.

She added that the workshop aligns with FiBOP’s mission by aiming to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the dynamic financial landscape.

“This workshop serves as a vital platform to explore how deepening infrastructure can spur innovation and transform the financial ecosystem.

“Our primary focus will be on enhancing infrastructure to foster stability and sustainable growth in the sector,” she added.

She further said the workshop will feature a panel of experts while participants “will have the opportunity to engage with experts and gain valuable insights into the industry.

“FiBOP encourages corporate bodies and leading industry stakeholders to take advantage of the important event through participation.
