The senator representing Abia North under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mao Arukwe Ohuabunwa, spoke on the floor of the senate on Tuesday when the minister of state for aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, appeared before the lawmakers to defend the proposed closure of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja for repairs. While delivering his speech, a good number of the senators dozed off.
