Prince Harry and Meghan on state visit, fly Air Peace to Lagos

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan, flew Air Peace from Abuja to Lagos on Sunday as part of the royal couple’s three-day visit to Nigeria.

Spokesman for the airline, Mr Stanley Olisa said in a statement that couple and their entourage were on board an Air Peace charter flight, operated with one of the airline’s Embraer 195-E2 aircraft, to Lagos from Abuja where they arrived on Friday.

Olisa said the couple was received in Lagos by top-military officials, Air Peace chairman, Mr Allen Onyema and other key government functionaries.

Besides, the statement said the visitors were entertained by a cultural group at the presidential wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos.
Harry and Meghan had some engagements in Lagos and will be flying Air Peace back to Abuja.
