The management of Ibom Air has marked the airline’s first year anniversary on the Accra route and lauded its customers for their loyalty.
In a letter signed by its chief executive officer, Mr Mfon Udom, the airline said it has been committed to providing exceptional service, reliability, and a seamless travel experience on every flight during the first one year of operating on the Accra route.
It further said the customers “have many choices regarding air travel in today’s world” but had chosen Ibom Air” adding that “your continued support has been instrumental in making this route a success.”
The letter reads: “On behalf of the entire Ibom Air team, I want to personally thank you for being an essential part of our journey as we celebrate the first anniversary of our Accra route. This milestone would not have been possible without the trust and loyalty of customers like you.
“Over the past year, we have been committed to providing exceptional service, reliability, and a seamless travel experience on every flight. As we mark this occasion, we reflect on how far we have come and look ahead to even greater possibilities, with you always at the heart of our growth.
“We understand that you have many choices regarding air travel in today’s world, and we are truly honored that you have chosen Ibom Air. Your continued support has been instrumental in making this route a success.
“Thank you once again for being part of our story. We look forward to flying with you for many more years to come.”
